All was beautiful! The room was very clean with lovely linen, comfortable bed, and excellent service. Well located for walking the Via Francigena as well.

Great location inside the walls, very close to the San Matteo gate and the ‘via Francigena’. Excellent shower! Alessia was very accommodating about our arrival time!
Shower door needs a little fixing… but it was not really a problem

Location is really good. The room was large enough and clean.
There is no elevator, you need to climb three floors.
