About this house rental
Are you looking for something different from the classical 'sea view', whilst still staying close to the beach (10-minute drive away)? Habitation Manatee offers you a 250-sq.m living space at ground floor, which cannot be looked into from the outside, on a 2,000-sq.m property. This 'Habitation', unique in its kind, has been built on an ancient sugarcane plantation ground. An artist-designer provided the decorated and lay-out of the house around an indoor patio and an outdoor kitchen/dining area next to the pool. The garden, almost exclusively planted with palm trees and cactuses, is completely secured by an electric gate and walls. The house is fully equipped: with an excellent comfort it receives up to 6 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool is secured by means of an alarm and a removable fence.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fly screens. The house has 4 bedrooms:
- 1 adult's bedroom (double bed of 180 x 190 cm)
- 2 adult's bedroom (double bed of 140 x 190 cm)
- 1 adult's bedroom (2 single beds of 90 x 180 cm)
- 1 children's bedroom (2 single beds of 85 x 180 cm)
- 2 bathrooms
- 3 toilets
- A patio and a television corner
- An equipped outdoor kitchen (with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, and much more ) and a dining area (8 seats)
- A gazebo (sits 12)
- A private parking
- A private swimming pool (with alarm)
- A broadband wireless internet
- 1 flat-screen television
- 1 Wii (without controls)
