Welcome to our newly built, luxurious retreat in Playa Potrero, Costa Rica! Just an hour’s drive from the Liberia Airport, Casa Natalia offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Being just steps away from the breathtaking ocean, this spacious 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom villa promises the ultimate getaway experience.
Casa Natalia is ideal for providing ample space for your family and friends seeking a lavish getaway. Lounge by the refreshing private pool surrounded by tropical greenery, or take a stroll to the nearby ocean for a day of sun-soaked relaxation. Indulge in ultimate relaxation as you enjoy the unique experience of a bartop within the pool, perfect for drinks and hanging out. For added convenience, an outdoor bathroom ensures you can freshen up without interrupting your poolside enjoyment.
Ascend to the sundeck located on the top floor and start your day with a breathtaking view. Sip your morning coffee as you enjoy the Costa Rican sun, embracing the peaceful atmosphere and panoramic scenery that surrounds you. When evening rolls around, take a seat in our Gazebo to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Costa Rica has to offer.

There are three bedrooms located downstairs, one facing the pool area and the ocean. The remaining four rooms are located upstairs, each with its own balcony. Three overlooking the ocean and garden area. Large windows downstairs frame breathtaking views of the tropical surroundings, inviting the serene beauty of Costa Rica indoors. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or hire a private chef to do so. Take advantage of the outdoor grill for a classic barbecue experience with a view.

House was very clean and spacious! Entire family had a Great time--especially enjoyed the partially covered pool and outside patio area! Jimmy was easy to work with and so helpful in planning all of our excursions! Highly recommend the zipline and ATV's and the Jungle River boat ride!

This was a spectacular celebration for my 80th birthday with 6 members arriving from the east coast and 6 members from Arizona. Our concierge Jimmy, handling all of the travel logistics including delayed flights. Thank you Jimmy.Once at we were all gathered at the Casa Natalia, we settled into the Costa Rica rhythm. We spent a day recuperating from the jet lag in the spectacular back yard and pool area. While the temps were warm and humid, the fans and shade by the pool made a wonderful relaxing place to regenerate.The family room with a table large enough for our crew was perfect for celebration. The bedrooms were large and well appointed with plenty of closet and drawer space.The kitchen and the outdoor areas were perfect for our crowd when we "grilled" and ate outdoors.With 12 folks, we thought we might need to ration our clothes washing, but the laundry area included two full size washers and two full size dryers. Wonderfully convenient.Access to food for purchase and as well as nearby restaurants was quite easily accomplished with the carts arranged by Jimmy.We had horses for riding and jet-skis delivered directly to the beach immediately behind Casa Natalia, On our last day, we had many takers for the massages under the covered backyard pergola.PERFECT location and surroundings for a family celebration.
