About this villa rental
The majestic Villa Sildavia is located in El Paraíso, next to the golf course and just a few kilometers from Marbella. The nearest sandy beach is only 5 km away. At the sea or in the spacious, private outdoor area with swimming pool, you will spend relaxing hours under the Spanish sun. The 1,350 m² exclusive villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with underfloor heating and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 12 people. There is a daily cleaning service 6 days a week.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, JBL speakers, SAT TV with Apple TV, Netflix and over 1000 channels, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers, and a safe box in each room. Child-friendly: 3 cribs and a high chair. There is also a private gym, a bodega with a long table for wine and aperitifs, and a game room with billiards, ping pong, and a screen. All beds are King size and can be arranged as separate beds (min. 90 cm) on request.
The private outdoor area offers views of Morocco, Gibraltar, and the Estepona mountains, with a year-round pool (heating available for an extra fee), sun loungers, a terrace, and grill dining areas. Also: balcony, rooftop terrace, and garden.
The supermarket is 1.8 km away, restaurants and bars are under 10 minutes by car. Many golf courses are within a 12-minute drive; El Paraíso Golf is 550 m (6 minutes walk). Playa de Guadalmansa beach is 5.1 km (12 minutes by car).
Parking and a garage are available. Pets, parties, and large groups are not allowed. The housekeeper lives in an apartment connected to the property. Bed linen and towels are included.

My husband and I brought all of our kids and their spouses and our grandson Jack. This was a fabulous Villa, pool deck and views are amazing. Still dreaming of it all. Amazing location and great way to spend my 60th birthday. Souaad lives on the property and took excellent care of us. Cooking dinner 3 x for us. I highly recommend! Pros: Very spacious and intelligently planned / equipped house with beautiful views from the terrace.
One the one hand it‘s big enough that - with a larger group - you still can find privacy, but at the same time never feels too big to be comfy.
AppleTV, bluetooth speakers, ample kitchen appliances, multiple seating areas - amenities are vast…and if anything is still missing, Souaad is always happy to help.
Highly recommended, we definitely want to come back!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful comfortabel house Very homely and space for every one The every day help by Souad made our stay very pleasant The shops and beach are very near We stayed one week during. Christmas holidays and had the pool heated The children swam every day! Every body enjoyed the stay tremendously
