Great location & very clean property. It was exactly as advertised and what the pictures showed. Patricia was very easy to work with, and met us in person to show us the property. It was easy to walk to the restaurant area and to the ferry landing area to catch a boat ride on Lake Como. Great value for the price!

We had a lovely, albeit quick, visit to Como. Our 2 nights at Casa Patricia 2 were wonderful. The apartment was a perfect size for the two of us. The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great restaurants very close by. Patricia met us and explained some things to us. We didn’t use the kitchen as we weren’t there long enough. Overall a great stay. Thank you Patricia.

This was a great place to stay for our time in Como. Since Como is small, everything is walkable. The place was clean, quite large, and very cozy. Patricia have us tips for using the Ferry and helped us find some of the best food in Italy. I highly recommend staying here!
