About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and a terrace of around 20 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 15 m² living room with a sofa bed and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Two adjoining bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a pull-out bed (sleeps two) and a toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- The kitchen opens onto the terrace, and a separate annexe is also available, with a sleeping area.
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Water sports (surfing, sand yachting, etc.) organised by the local council.
- A swimming centre 10 minutes’ drive away.
- Cultural attractions including two historic churches and a cultural centre showcasing local artists.
- A tree-top adventure course in the town
- A wide range of walking and cycling routes right on the doorstep.
Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free in the public car parks near the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:

- Nearest airport: Nantes, 83 km away (1 hour 15 minutes by car)
