Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette and fireplace. One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). Bathroom. Separate WC. Upstairs: One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Gas central heating. Pantry and garage. The 400 m² unfenced garden, bordered by shrubs, includes a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Guests can enjoy the shared jacuzzi (shared with another gîte) in a separate outbuilding year-round. Towels: €5 per person per change. Bed linen: €10 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Heating: €9 per day. Firewood (not included): €50 per stere. It's a nice house, in a peaceful location. However: (1) the jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough; the owner kept it at 34.5 and did not agree to raise the temperature when we asked. It was high-quality, but disappointing. And: it wasn’t ready on the evening we arrived, and then on the evening before we left the temperature had already been reduced further. (2) It isn’t apparent from the listing that there’s another house attached to this one, also rented out. The people staying there for the first few days of our stay were noisy early in the morning (packing up a van of some sort). Their actions aren’t the owner’s fault. But we didn’t love not knowing that there would be such close ‘neighbors’. Overall a good place to stay, but with some minor frustrations.
