East side wave was a great spot for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Short, easy walk to the beach and beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was perfect for us to hang while babies napped.
The house was clean and kitchen supplies were well stocked.
The app and instructions were a bit all over the place. One clean document or email would have been easier than poking around on multiple sections in the app with cringy beach lingo that muddied the basic info and sometimes conflicted with the binder on site. Also, there were some basics we would have expected like tissues, coffee filters and pillow cases for the extra pillows.

House was great! 2 minute walk to boardwalk and beach made it easy to take grandkids in for naps. Large deck also made a great area for family visiting. View of beach from the living area was very nice. Kitchen was nice. Plenty of parking for our multi-family that came from all directions- we had 4 cars. Pool-a little cool while we were there, but still very nice to have. Construction going on across and down the street during our stay, which was noisy on occasion, but we were on the beach most of the time. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Great blue green water! The bedrooms upstairs had to share a bathroom which would probably be the only drawback. Will definitely consider coming again.

Short 2 minute walk to boardwalk and beautiful uncrowded beach! Plenty of parking for multi-families. View of beach from living area. Outdoor deck great for extra living space. Pool-a little cool for visit first week in May, but nice to have. Only drawback was one shared bathroom for all bedrooms upstairs. House construction across and down the street made it a little noisy during day, but we were mostly at the beach, so it wasn’t really a problem. Will definitely consider coming back and that is a huge complement bc we have stayed at multiple places over the years!

There was a lot of construction going on right around the house and that is not mentioned at all. In addtion picture of the view or out dated. Barely any view of the beach anymore due to houses being built in front of the property. Pool is very nice and was cleaned daily. Everything inside was good
