Come and explore the charming village of Sanchey in the Vosges! Overlooking Lake Avrière, just a few minutes from Épinal and close to all amenities, come and stay in this beautiful, comfortable architect-designed house with a contemporary style.
Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, this 90 m² property is the perfect place for a relaxing break! You’ll have access to a large, light-filled living room, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious outdoor area with a garden opening directly onto the lake, as well as a terrace on stilts with a hot tub where you can relax whilst taking in the magnificent views! Bed linen and towels are provided.
For larger groups, there is the option to rent the neighbouring house, ‘Les Bambous’, which is identical in every respect to this property.

The house is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- A beautiful, light-filled and air-conditioned living room with a seating area featuring a sofa and a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a digital TV, and a dining area with a table that seats up to 8 guests.
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, raclette machine…
- A utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed and storage space.
- A bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.
Outdoors:
- A large, enclosed garden of 100 m² with trees, featuring 6 sun loungers.
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with a pergola, built on stilts and furnished with garden furniture, a plancha, and a hot tub with a cover for 6 people (accessible all year round) where you can enjoy a meal or a relaxing moment whilst admiring the magnificent view of the lake.
- A large garage adjoining the house can accommodate up to two vehicles.

Les Roseaux Beautiful, peaceful and modern place. I recommend this place for people with family or friends. The house is well equipped, with a modern decoration. Despite the bad weather we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi (towel, bath towel and bathrobe included). I recommend this place.
