Welcome to Goose Rocks Beach! This quaint seaside community offers 3 miles of soft sand. It is protected by islands in a crescent beach shape, offering a gentle surf and warm sun. Sit on the beach and enjoy the views of timber island and timber point. This property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Located at the end of a dead end road offering maximum privacy. Enjoy the gas grill and patio furniture underneath the awning. Step inside to find a well equipped and decorated kitchen, living room, bedroom, and half bathroom on the first floor. Walk upstairs to find the master bedroom with full bathroom en-suite, 2 other bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom.

The house on Cleaves was the perfect spot for our family to explore the Kennebunk area. There were plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen was very well stocked with essential items. The grill was used multiple evenings and the fire pit was great for s'more's at night. I’d highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Kennebunk area. We stayed late May ‘26. The small amount of seaweed on the beach didn’t deter us from enjoying the sand - almost all to ourselves each day of our stay.

My pup and I had a wonderful stay at the home. It was such a treat to be on the marsh and be greeted by wildlife each morning. The beach was just a short walk and we had it all to ourselves! The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to relax and watch tv in the evenings in the living area. The home presented as very clean and well cared for.

We loved our stay! The area is quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees and it is only a short distance from the beach! The house was equipped with anything you could need! We had a great time and can’t wait to visit again!

Short walk to the beach. House is located on a quiet dead end adjacent to marsh which was run to explore at high tide. We had a great time. Only complaint from the adults is that the mattresses were too soft for most of us.
