Jillian was EXCEPTIONAL, her communication is top tier. Responds so lightning fast and helped to answer any and every question we had. Would definitely stay at one of her properties again. The property had everything we needed for our week long stay. Having the laundry at our disposal was actually much more useful than we had thought. The area was quiet, conveniently located, and easy to access.

The property is as described. It’s clean and updated. We loved all of the great suggestions that were provided by the owner in the book. We enjoyed the pool. We did suggest to the employees at the desk to provide pool towels for guests who may be arriving and can’t check in just yet or for guests who are checking out and have a later flight. The pool is very nice. First impressions are everything so I suggest that the curtains and window coverings be in the open position when guests arrive and the A/C be left on for guests. Opening the curtains would offer natural light and refreshing A/C upon arrival would leave a lasting impression. Overall we had a very good experience. The location is fantastic. The Shops at Wailea are close, the boardwalk to the various beaches is within walking distance, the food trucks aren’t very far away, lots of great restaurants, and a very upscale and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. We loved Hawaii!

We have stayed at this condo twice, and we are daydreaming about our next visit. The condo is in an excellent location away from the road and close to the Palms at Wailea pool. We could walk to the Shops at Wailea for our morning coffee and then along the oceanfront path for beautiful water views, sea turtle spotting and exploring tide pools. We stayed here with our two-year-old granddaughter and her parents. The condo includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel gear, and pool toys. The Port-a-crib was used as well. The condo is spotless and the mattresses are newer and extremely comfortable. Jillian answered any questions within an hour. We loved staying here! The owner has her recommended restaurants and excursions in a notebook. All of her choices were excellent! We highly recommend the food carts at South Maui Gardens in Kihei (also a recommendation from one of the flight attendants on our flight to Maui).
