The Southern Desert Retreat is a luxurious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom estate featuring a private pool, spa, and putting green, offering the perfect setting for discovering the natural beauty of Southern Utah, from Sand Hollow to Zion National Park. Accommodating up to 28 guests, it’s an ideal choice for family reunions or group vacations.
During May through September, guests now enjoy free access to the new Pecan Valley Resort! Inside the 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, you’ll find a restaurant, arcade, golf simulators, and a rooftop deck. Step outside to a 2-acre waterpark with a surf machine, wave pool, lazy river, hot tub, adults-only pool, and a huge splash pad playground. With 11 waterslides, pool volleyball, private cabanas, and endless ways to play or unwind, it’s the perfect getaway for guests of all ages. (NOTE: Pecan Valley Waterpark is seasonal and open May-Sept.)

The property was very clean and quiet. We had seven adults and nine children for three days and we enjoyed every day. The adults were able to relax around the pool on reclining chairs and around the outdoor table while we watched the cousins play in the pool. The house provided plenty of room to relax and cook in. The pool provided a slide, basketball hoop and toys in a bin outside. We especially enjoyed the waterpark! The waterpark had so much for families to do. There was surfing, waterslides, a lazy river and much more. I especially liked the quiet rooms on the second floor where we were able to take our toddlers who have had enough fun for the day and just needed a nap. The rooms were a nice quiet place to rest while keeping an eye on the other kids. We are very grateful for the family-friendly atmosphere that enforced a dress code so that little kids were not exposed to women's bare bottoms and mens' speedos. Thank you for an enjoyable time. We will most likely be back next year!

Everything was 5 Stars My family came to relax and that’s just we did! This house is perfect for a getaway! Nice and quite area but has everything at your fingertips. The house was clean with the perfect family gathering kitchen and livingroom area. The beds were very comfortable too! Always a requirement for me! We enjoyed the pool the majority of the time! The water park was fun too but busy! We will definitely be renting again! Thank you for a wonderful stay Traven and for being an amazing host!

This home was great!!! Perfect location, gorgeous, and had everything we needed, waterslide and pool was great..Hopefully this ho.e is available next time we are in town !!

Home was as expected. Very clean. Only issue we had was with the front door lock. We were able to contact the host quickly and get it resolved. Would stay here again.
