Enjoy a countryside retreat in a 19th-century manor house, situated in a walled, wooded park in a small village. Rooms feature oak parquet floors and period details. It offers the perfect base for exploring this region with family or friends. The house is attached to the owner's secondary residence and has private access.
Ground floor: large living room with a dining and lounge area, fitted kitchen with a range cooker, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate WC.
First floor: four double bedrooms, bathroom (with bathtub) accessible from two doors (one leading to one of the bedrooms and the other to the hallway), separate WC.
Oil-fired central heating.
Enclosed garden with lawn, garden furniture on the gravel terrace, and a barbecue.
Shared above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 1.20 m deep), unheated, available from May to October, weather and schedule permitting.
Municipal fishing pond 200m away (fee applies).
Bourbon l'Archambault, 12km, Souvigny, 12km. Vieure lake, 10km.
Spa guest rate (21 nights): -10% on the price of your stay.
Heating and electricity to be paid on site at the end of your stay.
