About this house rental
This nice, clean, updated home is located on a quiet street in southwest Omaha.
A safe neighborhood! The I-80 / Harrison St.. exit is super close. Onsite inground swimming pool, patio area and yard too. The swimming pool season dates in 2026 are May 22 thru Sept 30, and likely until Oct. 19 if weather permits !
There is a $75 extra service fee for each occurrence that guests request to turning on the pool heater. Only the host can operate the pool heater. Hosts will collect that fee during the guests stay, if pool heater is requested.
Guests will sign pool waivers at time of arrival.
Inside is two spacious family rooms, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and 2.5 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. each with its own T.V. A couch in the upper family room is a fold out sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked with several extra amenities, to help with your home cooking. The garage is not available for the guests.
. Grocery store, pubs, restaurants, Werner Ball Field, Chalco lake are all close by.

This was a great place to stay. Pool was awesome after a long hot day at the zoo. Easy checkin and checkout. Thanks for a great stay. Would come back here again.

The hosts are great. They responded quickly. Check in and out were easy. The house smelled musty. When the air conditioning was on it was much better but still we could tell. The small bedroom window was not functional. It should be able to be opened for safety purposes at least. It was not pool season so the whole area was not open. The hosts came over and opened it up so that it was available to sit outside in the sun which was nice of them.

Clean house with enough space for our family of five. Kitchen had stuff for cooking. Had space and tables to play games. Close enough to places such as the zoo and SAC museum
