The Space,
Recently renovated from top to bottom! Everything is new, including flooring, appliances, furnishings and decor throughout, adorned in a Nebraska theme.
Designed in the Scandinavian spirit of Hygge (or coziness), pronounced hoo-ga, this unique one and 1/2 story has everything needed to be your home away from home. "Nebraska/Omaha" themes throughout, from Nebraska "farmhouse" to College World Series. Includes all of the necessities for traveling light and living away from home: bedding, towels, pots, pans, dishes, pantry staples, paper products, soaps, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry supplies, etc. The kitchen is stocked with waters, a coffee bar (k cups, tea, creamer) and pantry staples for your use!
Only a couple steps to access the main floor from front entry, garage or patio. Main floor living area is open concept, with soaring 2-story cathedral ceiling. Master bedroom is on the main level, with a walk-in closet and bathroom, allowing for privacy from the other bedrooms. 2 more bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared bathroom in between.
Fully furnished lower level game room with TV, air hockey table, game table and laundry room, decked in a College World Series theme, featuring our first guest (a CWS star!) 2-car garage for guest parking and use of garage remote.
Private backyard is backed by wooded area and walking trails that lead to the neighborhood park. Patio furniture and Weber gas grill are provided.
Reliable WiFi, 5 Tvs on property and Youtube TV.

Comfortably accommodates 4 guests in 4 beds, with a 6 guest maximum. Pack and play available for infants. Pricing is based on 4 guests and an additional fee/night is charged for extra guests beyond 4 to cover extra laundry and utilities Guest limit is strictly enforced.

Located in a safe, quiet SW Omaha neighborhood near the new Nebraska Multisports Complex, Werner Park, LaVista Convention Center & Southport retail area, with very quick access to I-80.
Quick access to I-80 for trips downtown, Henry Doorly Zoo (#2 in US per USA Today), TD Ameritrade Park, Offutt Airforce Base, Creighton University (all approx 15 miles or 20 minutes). Quick drive to Lincoln (40 minutes) for Husker games or concerts at Pinnacle Arena.
Perfect for vacationers, professionals, CWS Fans, university families, military families, Husker game weekends or holiday rentals.

Great experience staying here. Communication from homeowner was great. Some nice snacks waiting for us upon arrival - very much appreciated. Loved the cow theme. It was a little tricky to get the right balance of temperature because the upstairs can get a bit hot, and when we turn the A/C up higher, the main floor and basement can get pretty cool. Great that the garage is empty and able to be used to park the car - one evening a big storm rolled through so having access to the garage was appreciated. I also loved the baby gates installed at the top of each stairs, which helped us out with our 1 year old. We would stay here again - thank you!

Everything was exactly as advertised! We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and our communication with the hosts. We will definitely book another stay at the Road to Omaha Home when we return to next year! The cookies were amazing! Thank you again for everything.
