About this house rental
ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT with only the front lawn separating you from the beautiful and family friendly Raumati beach life doesn't get much better!
This centrally located single level lockwood property is a short stroll to the many cafés and Boutique shops in Raumati village.
With stunning views of Kapiti Island and the South Island (on a good day).
Whether it be a couple, one or two families or a group of friends the house is an ideal set up for most groups.
Layout;
Single level house with two bathrooms
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed (with ensuite bathroom)
Bedroom 2 - King size bed
Bedroom 3 - King single and a single rollaway/trundler bed
Bedroom 4 - 2x Single beds
Extras;
Cleaning (Required, NZ$120.00 per stay)
Located on the beachfront and handy to Raumati's Marine Gardens park and miniature railway for friends and family to enjoy.
Raumati Beach is central to a number of facilities including the world class Paraparaumu beach golf club, Southwards car museum, Nga Manu bird sanctuary, Kapiti Island and the cycle and walking tracks in Queen Elizabeth Park.
Coastlands shopping centre is also a 5-minute drive away.
Sit back, relax, and take in the fresh sea breeze we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Note: The section is beachfront and only partially fence so children should be supervised
The decks around the property have low railings and care should be taken by all guests.
There is a right of way for the house behind to access the beach via the section.
The gas fire pictured is not longer available and has been replaced with a heat pump

Lovely property, plenty living space. Great access to beach and a view to die for.Kitchen was well equipped and nice to have a few essentials in the pantry.Comfortable beds with extra bedding for those who feel cold.

This is the second time we have stayed and again we were not disappointed it is such a beautiful spot and has everything we needed. Very relaxing and within walking distance of the gorgeous little village, we will be back
