The rates are $25 per person per day, $125 for 4 people for 4 days, or $150 for 4 people for 7 days. The Club features access to the lake/beach, pool, volleyball, tennis, boat/watersport rentals, and more. Please note that Boulder Lake Club is only open on weekends.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- No fireworks, smoking indoors, parties.
- HOA Amenities are open on Memorial day - Labor day.
- Fireplace ashes must not be disposed of outside, in the yard, or in the woods—please use the ash bucket provided. Loved the house. My only request is that there be tv in bedrooms for rainy and snow days. The deck wasn’t clean when we arrived. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really nice. We love the fact that everything was so walkable even the big boulder tavern which we dined at a few times Piggiesfor breakfast was great. The only issue we really had was we could not figure out how to work the TV maybe instructions in the property would be a good idea.
