You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment.
This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.
The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district and a few minutes’ walk from a large number of famous monuments.
This apartment is located on the first floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its calm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.
Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.
You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.
Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.
A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great location and very clean place. It worked well for our family of four as home base for our Paris sightseeing. Communications and check-in with the host were easy.

Spacious, very clean, homey and comfortable. The staff at LivinParis could not have been more helpful. Don’t be scared off by the stairway when you enter the building. I look forward to my next stay there.

The location was excellent, walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop. Metro stop Arts de Metiers was just a block away with Republique just a little farther. Ernest & Valentin was super close for morning croissants and pains. Marche de Enfant Rouges is also just two blocks away. The rooms are good size for Paris standards and having two full bathrooms with toilets was nice although being located off the kitchen away from the bedrooms was different for us. Having use of the washer/dryer was very helpful as well. Host was very pleasant and gave some recommendations for nearby restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. Be aware that the spiral staircase is small and the elevator is as well, so it took a little coordination to get everyone's bags upstairs.
