House itself was beautiful with a great view of downtown Nashville. Cleanliness definitely lowered the rating here. And the AC was not working well but was taken care of very quickly. Lots of stains on things, dust, and dirt along the edges of the house. And unfortunately ants. It is also listed that the living room has 2 futons. They are in fact old couches with torn covers on them.

My sisters and our husband's spent 4days in the music city. Our rental was terrific, the deck gave us a skyline view of Nashville. We had easy access to downtown by car (couldn't walk there). The rental made our get together an awesome experience since we all live in different states. We enjoyed our stay in the city and surrounding area and plan to come back.

Great place for NYE to enjoy the fireworks without having to be in the mess. We also got to here the music from local stages that were being broadcasted on TV.
