- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

Fantastic property, very clean and comfortable. extremely well equipped with pantry staples including cling wrap and foil! Also a cupboard full of activities for family fun and childrens activities and books. Nothing overlooked in this place including laundry liquid. The property is located within walking distance of the main town and supermarket. There is also a garage to keep your hire car safe. This is the perfect place for a family or two or even 3 couples to use as a base with 3 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a smaller single room. Check in easy with lockbox. Highly recommend.
