3 bedroom, 1 bath, well-appointed duplex located in Richland, WA. This home has all of the amenities you will need for comfort and fun. Good: We had a nice stay here. Good location, clean. Beds were comfy. It’s a duplex, so I was constantly having to remind my kids not to be too noisy! Suggestions: The rooms were very bright in the morning - they could be improved by adding curtains to cover the mini blinds. As others have reviewed, the one bathroom is teeny to share with a family of four. Lastly, I was bummed the listing said coffee was provided but that meant three K-cups and a couple tablespoons of Folgers … enough to get us through the first morning but then we had to go buy some. Probably shouldn’t say it’s provided. All in all, a good stay but for the price I’d expect a little better.

The house was nice and cozy, only thing it looks as if it was not thoroughly cleaned before my stay as one of the bedrooms pillowcases smelled of urine when I arrived. The dishwasher was also filled with dirty dishes from previous guest. The neighbor is very rude and turned off the WiFi on us a few times during our stay. He was always complaining to the host about us being loud, when she let me know of this I definitely addressed the issue and he continued to complain. He seems very nosy and he made my stay very uncomfortable.
