About this house rental
Cavendish Barn is a stylish 17th-century barn conversion, set within a private courtyard near the village of Waterhouses.
The property blends rustic rural character with modern comfort, making it ideal for families or groups exploring the area.
Centrally heated throughout with underfloor heating.
The open-plan living and dining area feature stone flag floors, original oak beams, comfortable leather sofas, a large screen TV, and unlimited WiFi.
A fully equipped kitchen includes solid oak units, granite worktops, range cooker, Belfast sink, and all essentials for home cooking.
There is also a ground-floor cloakroom toilet.
The barn offers two elegant double bedrooms, each with TV, hotel-quality linen, towels, toiletries, and en-suite bath/ shower rooms.
Outside in warmer months guests can enjoy al fresco dining with patio seating a gas barbecue and countryside views, with the Peak District, Alton Towers and Peak Wildlife Park all nearby.

Wonderful location for being drivable to Alton Towers Peak wild life and the town of leek and other local attractions. Will definitely be staying again when visiting family in Leek. Thank you so much for our family stay.
