About this house rental

Amazing location!!! Downtown Franklin, Tennessee and just ONE block from Main Street. The house is within walking distance to the Franklin Theatre, Public Square, downtown shopping district, lots of restaurants, etc. This historic 1930s home is has been fully renovated and expanded to create a three-bedroom, two-full bath retreat in historic Franklin. Locally owned an operated by Franklin natives!

This was a great find! We were there for a girls trip and it was perfect for 3 of us. Being able to walk to downtown was amazing. It’s only a couple blocks to all of the shops and restaurants. The back yard was wonderful. We spent an evening grilling and just hanging out which was really nice after a day of shopping and exploring the area. We had two cars and there was plenty of space in the drive way. Check-out was also super easy.

Perfectly located close to the center of town--shopping and restaurants. Home was clean and tastefully decorated! We loved it.

The house is absolutely perfect - we loved staying there!! Perfect location to walk downtown. Host was easy to communicate with - everything has described. Would highly recommend!!
