The hotel was really nice and the location is amazing. Sao Pedro is a wonderful town. They gave us a complimentary dinner and ride to the airport which was also great.
The pool was not very clean and the staff was very skeptical of us staying there? Which was confusing because the hotel was gated.

Big, clean room, hudge comfy bed, nice balcony. Good breakfast. Very nice, polite, caring staff. They really make a different because hotel have not much to offer.
It's very outdated, only one swimming pool was clean coze in the other one you cannot even see the tails. Water in the pool was freezing cold. There is a beach but you cannot swimm. Balcony has a sea view but disturbed by roof with ugly fans. I couldn't close the bathroom door in my room and the door looks terrible and need to be change. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is no restaurant a la carte only shared Buffet at 19.00; if you are hungry beforehand you will not get anything. Luckily there is a nice local restaurant outside and windy beach bar close by. It's very close to the aiport but you pay for the taxi same price like from Mindelo, because driver need to come frome the city.
The stay is overpriced for the quality provided.

The room was very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Scenery from the room was gorgeous.
We left early in the morning, before the restaurant opened so they arranged for sandwiches, juice boxes and fruits to be brought to our room at night so we could have breakfast in the morning.
The hotel's facilities are dated, it's past due an overhaul. Hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle service to the airport but did not plan for the first plane of the day, meaning we had to walk 30 minutes to the airport. Not the biggest problem in the world but seeing as it's not exactly the busiest airport in the world and it supposedly is a 4 stars hotel, it doesn't seem logistically impossible to organize it.
Restaurant was expensive and not really good. They also tried to overcharge us but reverted the charge right away when we confronted them.
