Beechmount Country House is a characterful 6-bedroom home in the heart of Near Sawrey, sleeping 12–14 guests. With two additional 2-person cottages, the estate can accommodate up to 18, with cottages bookable separately. The house features a stylish Neff kitchen, large dining room, spacious lounge with log fire, playroom, snug, laundry room and garden. On-site parking is available for 3–4 cars, with additional Parish Council parking opposite

A truly wonderful home away from home in a beautiful location. Lois was tremendously accomodating throughout the entire process. We had the main house and adjoining cottages for a group of 18. The house is well sized for a large group, the bedrooms are all decent sizes, multiple bathrooms and maintained to a good starndard. The house is full of character, loved the fireplace in the main lounge and all the amenities even for children. Would recommend for anyone looking a for special place to spend a weekend away with family & friends.

We had a great stay with extended family in this immaculate property over Easter. The place was phenomenal, beautifully presented, with bags of character. The garden was lovely, and the sitting room was super cosy with the open fire. Lots of games for the kids, too. We'd love to stay here again, it was a real find!

Picked house as plenty bedrooms. Location ok.Lots of weeds and water feature green with algae broken steps health and safety issues. BBQ disgusting. Cockroaches in bathrooms. I guess as house up for sale the owners not that bothered. They knew we wanted to BBQ but it took 2 hours to make if clean enough to use. Driveway very narrow made going in and out a big daunting. Wont be staying again.
