The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 96 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen 25 sqm and with dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 8 sqm and with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.
1st floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Šmarješke Toplice. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
