This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $75 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :)
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy:)

Guests will have full access of the home, patio and gardens. The orchard has apricot, pear, cherry, and apple trees that our guests are welcome to pick!

We are centrally located in Kanab, just a few blocks off the center of town. You can walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and more.
Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah you will need a vehicle to explore our parks and other world famous attractions. A 4WD vehicle is recommended for off-road adventures.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. This place was absolutely amazing, we could not have had a better experience! The home is beautiful and super clean, we loved all the little details that they put into decorating it! The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly stocked, making cooking a breeze. If you’re going to Kanab or surrounding area, I’d highly recommend this lovely place!

Highly recommend this house. Four hiking girlfriends and myself stayed here and it was a great location for all of our hikes and activities. We ate all our dinners at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed; very well stocked. All the bathrooms were stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There was an abundance of towels and washcloths. Dishwasher soap and washing machine pods were provided. The outdoor patio was beautiful and a great place to eat your evening meals. Overall, the house was a five star experience.

My family had an amazing stay in Kanab! The house was very comfortable for our group and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking dinner. We could easily walk downtown from the house and loved roasting s'mores in the fit pits outside. Most bedrooms had a dedicated bathroom, which was convenient for a large group. Really lovely stay, couldn't recommend more!
