About this cottage rental
Stay comfortably in my cozy cottage. This will be your home away from home. Allergy friendly! Close to Colorado Mesa University, Stocker stadium, the hospitals and the Colorado National Monument. One minute walk to Columbine Park. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig maker plus coffee, pods, sugar, and powdered creamer. Cold brew coffee maker, tea, and bottled water provided. Private backyard with fruit trees, and lots of outdoor seating. Long-term renters welcome.

Very nice clean place with great off street parking. It was 100 degrees outside but the house was very cool! Everything was great.

It is a very cute and simple place. It is an older house but very well maintained. A big yard gives you a buffer zone from the other houses. Very quiet neighborhood. Near the center of town. I hope to look forward to renting this home for my other visits to Grand Junction. Highly recommended.

Cute place, felt very comfortable and cozy inside and it was great to have a backyard to play in and a park nearby. The kitchen and bath were thoughtfully appointed and it was great to have off street parking.
