About this villa rental
In walking distance to the beach, luxurious Villa Ancora is set up for a delightful family vacation. Two levels occupy the bright and specious contemporary interior featuring elegant furniture and creativelight fixtures. The ground floor allows access to the pool deck and yields an open space with a living room containingan oversize corner sofa, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table set for eight. Spacious and luminous bedrooms with focus on comfort are on the upper level with floor to ceiling windows invitingabundant light. A gym, pool table, table tennis and alfresco dining area with a barbecue are provided for your use. An outdoor pool is surrounded by sun loungers and makes a lovely option to refresh if going to the beach isn’t on the agenda for the day. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance.

Seget Donjiis a small,serene fishing village with a lovelysmallharbor and gorgeous beach with calm water ideal for enjoying the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations.Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is richinfresh seafood, olivesand delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islandsandvisita UNESCO proclaimed World Heritage Old Town Trogir, just 2km away.
Fortransparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the hostand returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

The place was modern, spacious and very well equipped. We found communication was easy even when asking questions in resort and the host and local contact were accommodating to requests and very friendly.
Walkable to many shops, bars and restaurants, nestled amongst residential homes/flats. The first part of the route to town is via a small road with no footpath. Pool felt overlooked by apartment blocks (windows not balconies) but was not a major problem and locals were all welcoming.
We travelled as two families and found plenty of games/activities within the villa garden to occupy the children. Pool was regularly maintained. Highly recommend!

The villa was fantastic. We stayed with 6 adults and 1 child and more than enough space. Sabine had great communication and allowed us early check in due to flight times, was more than happy to provide travel cot and high chair.
Villa is bigger than in the pictures along with pool table room and outdoor table tennis. Lots of toys to play with for children.
Location was great 10/15 min walk to old trogir or to beach seget.
Had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend.

This Villa was amazing. Me and my friends had an amazing time in Trogir. It is a fairly short walk to the main town which was amazing and picturesque. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you like a relaxing day at the villa. The host and house owner were very good with communication.

Very friendly Host, the Villa is in very good condition, well equipped and extremely spacious.
Location is not great - many buildings around and very narrow streets but overall not bad.
