A one-time parking fee per vehicle of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the on-site office at the complex. The maximum number of cars is 2, except for the week of July 4th, when the maximum is one vehicle.

Great communication with management company, incredible view and location, and we loved the wrap around deck. I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star due to a few maintenance issues that the management planned to assess and fix.
