New house completed in 2024, located in the fast growing community of Stephenville. The home is big enough to host the entire extended family and friends. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom and the home features upstairs and downstairs living rooms. All brand new furnishings! The backyard is a great place to hang out with its own grill and gas fire pit. Situated in a convenient location, visitors will have easy access to nearby amenities, restaurants, and Tarleton State University.

This house was a total gem that we discovered in Stephenville while in town for graduation. We had 3 families from out of town and it was the perfect place for all of us to stay. The house was beautifully decorated and very accommodating. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and tv. Perfectly designed for a large group and was preferred over a hotel stay. The backyard was beautiful and there was plenty of parking. The host was very attentive and replied back to me quickly. We would definitely stay here again-HIGHLY recommend!
