The Space:

Family Playhouse is a 4,000 sq ft, 3-story home designed for multi-generational groups who want more than beds and bathrooms. Six bedrooms, four full baths, sleeping for up to 16 — everyone has room to spread out, and every reason to come back together.



THE BASEMENT is the heart of the home. Your kids' jaws will drop at the two-story indoor playground: climbing wall, jungle gym, monkey bars, and a full foam pit. Directly adjacent, the game room keeps the rest of the crew busy — pool table, ping pong, basketball arcade, and foosball. A game table for cards and board games, a queen sofa sleeper, and a full bathroom round out the level, so the fun and the cleanup both stay downstairs.



THE MAIN FLOOR is built for gathering. The open-plan living room seats the whole group around a big-screen smart TV, flowing straight into a dining table for twelve and a chef's kitchen with a gas range, full-size appliances, a stocked cookware set, and a coffee bar. Two queen bedrooms and a full bath on this level mean grandparents never touch a staircase. Step out to the covered front porch with its hanging swing, or the elevated back deck with outdoor dining for eight and a gas grill.

Pets are welcome (just let us know and pay the pet fee). The playground and foam pit are for kids — adults supervise, everyone has fun. For everyone's security, three exterior cameras monitor the outside of the home only, and noise monitors (no audio recording) help us protect the peaceful street. Check-in 4 PM, checkout 11 AM.



Guest Access:

Your group has exclusive, private access to the entire home: all three floors, the indoor playground, game room, fenced backyard, front porch, and back deck. Self check-in via smart lock — your personal door code arrives before you do. No shared spaces whatsoever, and no host on-site.



Hair dryers in every bathroom, luxury bath products, extra bedding, and a full laundry room with iron and steamer are all ready when you arrive. All 7 Roku TVs include Netflix and Disney+. Three exterior security cameras (front door, garage, back entry) and sound-level noise monitors — no audio recording.

For safety and security, the property includes:



• Three outdoor security cameras located at the front door, garage, and back entrance. These monitor the exterior of the home only.

• A security system with door and window sensors.

• Noise monitors that measure sound levels (they do not record conversations or audio).



These systems help us ensure the home remains a safe and comfortable place for families.



The home also has smoke detectors on every floor, which are very sensitive and help keep everyone safe during your stay.



All security equipment is pet-safe, and motion sensors are not triggered by pets.

We like to give our guests complete privacy so your family can fully relax and enjoy the home.



At the same time, we are always nearby and happy to help if you need anything — whether it’s a quick question about the house or recommendations for restaurants, parks, or family activities in Atlanta.
