10/10 !!! This property was absolutely stunning. When you first pull up, it looks rather unassuming, but inside it is very clean, decorated, spacious, and has plenty of ammenities and entertainment. The view from the back screened in porch is breathtaking, and being the last house on the street makes it feel even more serene - there was virtually no noise from neighbors and we saw far more wildlife and rainbows during our stay than people. 30 second access to the public boat ramp (the water level was too low to use the private dock on the property during our stay). Instructions for check-in, check-out, and house rules were detailed but concise. Even though we didn't have much luck fishing, it would be difficult to pass up this property on future fishing trips. Can't recommend enough!

This house was Perfect!! Rooms, view, layout, pool table, screened porch, etc.. Very private area/yard and dock. We were able to keep our boat at the dock and enjoy fishing the lake. Also, our guest contact was a huge help before and during our trip. Thanks for a great week with friends.
