Our thoughtfully updated 1-bedroom condo with built-in hallway bunks is perfect for couples, families, and snowbirds looking for comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities — all in a quiet, well-maintained beachfront community.
Dogs welcome! We're excited to host you and your furry friend! One small dog (45 lbs max) welcome with $150 pet fee. Maravilla is a dog-friendly property and has designated pet walking areas. Please select the pet option when booking so your dog will be approved.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy private access to the entire condo with easy keyless entry. Your stay includes full access to Maravilla Resort amenities, including a private, deeded beach with seasonal beach chair service (two chairs and one umbrella, mid-March–October), two pools (one heated seasonally), a large hot tub, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, charcoal grills, picnic areas, outdoor showers, elevator access, gated entry, and free unassigned parking.
PETS
Maravilla is a pet-friendly community with designated dog walking areas on the property. Please be sure to select the pet option when booking so your dog is approved.
Please note: Walton County regulations do not permit dogs on the beach for vacation rental guests. Only full-time residents with a county-issued permit are allowed to have dogs on the beach.
OTHER INFORMATION
✔ Must be 25 to rent per HOA regulations
✔ You will be sent a short rental agreement for your stay, and an ID is required
✔ Occupancy: No more than 6 guests (maximum 4 adults with 2 kids) are allowed to occupy the condo.
✔ Starter Supplies: We provide just a basic set of essentials to get you started.
✔ The condo is not baby-proofed. Adult supervision is required, cleaning supplies are present.

Our family had a great time! The location to the beach, pools and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean and the communication for the check in/out process was clear and easy. We had zero complaints and plan to visit again!

This condo was an amazing place to stay. My husband and I really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was very clean and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful place with a very thoughtful layout with plenty of room for 2 or a small family of 2 younger children because of bunk beds in hall. Location is close to beach and 3 easy to walk to restaurants. The condo was clean on arrival and the entire resort appeared well managed. The complimentary beach set-up was wonderful. Communication was excellent. We even got an early check in. The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because my husband and I could not get comfortable sleeping on the mattress.

This condo and property is the absolute best. This is perhaps the cleanest and well kept condo we have ever stayed. Brent, the property owner, was a pleasure to work with. He is very informative and lets you know of the smallest detail if it was going to affect your stay. I will be back for sure. Maravilla grounds and pools are well maintained and spotless. The beach chair service was impeccable, and the workers were a pleasure If there was a flaw in anything, I never saw it. So go and enjoy this condo and property. You will not be disappointed!
