Simply put this was a Fantastic vacation stay. I had seen the photos and amenities and that was clear. My remaining concern was the water system in the Surfside rental area. They've had their issues. As it turns out, I'm still not certain how safe the water in that area is (as we brought our own bottle water), but at this home when you turned on the tap or took a shower, you didn't get that foul smell. There was an accident where one water line in the neighborhood broke and that was of concern because without water, there was no shower, no toilet flushing, ect. I contacted the host and they had the city water dept there within minutes on a Saturday. Within an hour they had the pipe replaced and water flowing again. To my relief (because mostly everyone was still frolicking on the beach with no clue of what was going on), the problem was reported and solved. And I'd like to give the host (Alan) a shout out for being proactive in working the situation. Thanks Alan. Everything else was as sweet as the breeze that flowed off the Gulf of America. The house was clean, spacious and updated with all the latest amenities from new fridge and marble countertops to some very nice large outdoor decks. btw, I am thankful that the game room was upstairs away from where I was sleeping. And I'm sure that the kids were too, since I probably would have had them shut it down way earlier than they eventually did. smile. I'm running out of space so I'll just say, FANTASTIC.

Right in the beach. The boat was very quick to respond and accommodate us.

Wonderful property with plenty of room and great location. Hot tub, giant balconies and bunk room were highlights. Plenty of towels, paper goods, trash bags.
