We were in town for two weeks of Italian language study. Our classes were in the afternoon so we spent the morning in the apartment and returned in the evening for dinner and activities prior to bedtime. The apartment size was adequate. The location was great; Porta Romana is bustling with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Public transportation is a great way to get around and was easy to access. Grocery shopping is available on the next block. On the negative side, the check in process is complicated and there is no in-person assistance. The kitchen is very undersupplied; no toaster, no microwave, and very little glassware and utensils. The linens were clean but we had to change them ourselves after the first week. The washer/dryer worked fine but the outlet didn't accommodate the plug, requiring the purchase of yet another converter.In summary, this was an adequate stay for our limited needs but not anything special. Rating: 7/10

This was a great place to stay in Milan! It is very roomy with 2 large bedrooms and a full kitchen, and in a building with a locked gate. It was only a 6 minute walk to the tram which can take you pretty much anywhere. The host also replies quickly!
