About this house rental
Access via a private gated entrance to a Spacious ground floor apartment with an open plan lounge leading to kitchen dining area with a glass dining table and recently fitted kitchen. Two bedrooms; master bedroom with en-suite shower room and second bedroom which is set up with 2 single beds. Further shower room. Both bathrooms have been recently upgraded so are fresh and lovely to use. Modern furniture Throughout. Huge outside terrace with dining table and 4 loungers, has gate and gets both sun and plenty of shade. Access to communal pool with spectacular views down to the sea. Loungers available. WiFi, iptv TV, heating/Air con, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and dishwater all available. On street car parking or private secure garage space available. Short uphill walk to village with all its amenities.

Apartment very well equipped and clean.Everything you could possibly need was there. Beds were comfy.Pool area (accessed via the garage) was clean and peaceful with plenty of loungers and brollys.Great communication from Alex. You need to walk up a short steep hill to get to the village, so maybe wouldn’t suit elderly or anyone with mobility issues.All in all we were happy with the accommodation.

We got to the property late at night which is never a good time. We rung the host and he took us through haw to access the property which as it turned out was very simple. The property was very clean with what looked like all brand new appliances. It was fully stocked with everything all matching plates, cups serving dishes etc. The AC was excellent. The property had a garage space with its own parking spot. I would advise that when pulling out of the garage you have someone see you out and to check on any cars coming around the bend. You can walk into the town in about 5 minutes it only steep at the beginning and end. Whilst we did not use the pool we did check it out. A nice pool, nice views with plenty of sun beds and brollys
Mijas is a beautiful town very safe with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars to suit all.

We really loved the apartement , had a fab time. Lovely walk into Mijas Pueblo. Very quiet at night. Fabulous stay .Excellent host Alex. Would love to stay again
