About this apartment rental

Family Friendly Area complete with multiple pools, tennis courts, and an outdoor grilling area. Unwind and relax in this 1 bedroom , 1 bath hideaway overlooking the gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views that can sleep up to 4. King size bed in bedroom. Brand new Sofa Sleeper and Love Seat. Beach access does not get much easier than this! Condo is on the fifth floor in one of the popular mid-rise buildings (B3-507). It is a one story unit so there are no stairs to deal with!

Cozy and clean surroundings with all new furniture to feel comfortable in. Complete with washer/dryer and all kitchen essentials for your convenience.

Located in the beautiful community of Pinnacle Port/Carillon Beach. Only 2 miles past 30A and in close proximity to great restaurants, shopping and Pier Park.

The location is perfect with direct access to a beautiful white sand beach. The balcony of the unit overlooks the beach- it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee.The decor is beautifully beachy and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners have a closet full of chairs and a beach umbrella. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a vacation.

Enjoyed our stay here at pinnacle port. Directly on the beach, clean throughout, peaceful and no crowds. Great hosts who helped with anything we needed and the condo was very well stocked! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you Randy and Pam!
