Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire second-floor apartment, featuring three bedrooms, a private deck, and free off-street parking at the back of the building. You'll have exclusive use of all bedrooms, the kitchen, the full bathroom, the living room, the laundry room, and the patio.



The Neighborhood:

Perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront.



Getting Around:

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 1 block from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.

Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that parking for this apartment is located at the rear of the building. Guests should be aware that the unit is accessible via stairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We have a strict no-party policy and enforce quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Cooking seafood (including lobster) inside the apartment is prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. One dog up to 25lbs is permitted; pets are not allowed on furniture and must not be left unattended. Please note that pet charges may apply.
