About this house rental
This house has a main level and a basement! Fully furnished! It has 3 bedrooms and a full couch upstairs and a sectional in the basement! This home is able to accommodate 11 guests comfortably! It has two full bathrooms the upstairs one with a bathtub and the one in the basement has a shower! There is a full kitchen with all of the amenities that you will need. It has a big backyard with a hot tub and a built in pizza brick oven! There is no garage but there is an attached carport. All bedding and towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The basement also has a washer and dryer for all laundry!

Overall, fabulous. Very nice older home in a quiet, tree lined stable neighborhood. But what made it over the top was the communication with the host. He was excellent at answering any question, and when we learned our flight times had changed he allowed us a very late check out. I have rented a lot of VRBO’s in several different countries and I can honestly say this was the best stocked kitchen I have seen! We did not use the hot tub but our kids said it looked very nice. The location is excellent for the University. For those who may be interested my husband and I are both in our mid 70’s and I use a walker. The house has a step into the side door but a handle is installed. The house is perfect for older family members upstairs and kids and younger members downstairs.
