With Gulf views and a 3 min walk to the beach, this beautiful home has plenty of room, able to accommodate up to 12 guests. The 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bathroom features all of the best amenities of home and more! Near 30A on the West End of PCB, you and your family can enjoy the the cool breeze on the white sands of the Gulf. This home is in a gated community with a shared pool. Close to shopping and activities. This home is primed for making long lasting family memories. Bedroom 1: (Kid's room) features a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. It also includes a trundle. Has its' own bathroom, TV, mini fooseball table and a beachy mural for the kids to have a blast in! Bedroom 2: King sized bed with its' own bathroom, TV and balcony Bedroom 3: King sized bed with its' own bathroom, TV and balcony Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed, private balcony with the Gulf views Living Room: Queen sized pull out couch, TV and balcony Small gated community. It was a pleasant stay. Nice pool. Close enough walk to beach. First and Second floors much warmer than Third and Fourth, could not keep cool enough. Air needs attention for those floors… Only beach view is from Fourth floor loft balcony…

We were very close to the beach. The house was clean and has any and all amenities we could’ve possibly needed. Overall great trip, would book again.
