This detached villa is situated in a peaceful natural setting in the Axarquía region, just 4 km from Cómpeta. Its spacious rooms, private heated saltwater pool, and panoramic views of the sea, valley, and mountains make it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.
The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a 150 x 200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms have two 90 x 200 cm single beds; one of them shares a bathroom. One of the double bedrooms is located in a separate area on the lower floor, with an en-suite bathroom and a workspace, providing greater privacy. The bright living room offers a fireplace, television, air conditioning, a dining area for eight people, and stunning views of the Mediterranean. The kitchen is fully equipped.
