Adjacent to the Trans Canada Highway, you can access the accommodation without navigating through busy down town streets.

This ground level Studio with King is suitable for a couple looking for a Mountain Getaway.
It features 1 king bed, 1 full bathroom with a soaker tub. Open concept dining area with a kitchenette.
Access to this unit is directly from parking lot. First come first serve parking is available on premises at no extra cost. **Parking in front of your unit is not guaranteed**

Yamnuska Suites is an Old Repurposed Motel located within ~200 meters from the highway, providing easy in and out access from/to the suites.
Due to the proximity of the highway, highway noise can be heard. Earplugs can be provided to help reduce the highway noise, request must be placed in advance.
The exterior of the building is old and not renovated, though we do our best to maintain the units so they don't get affected by the exterior look.
**Be aware of Mosquitoes**
Due to the proximity to bodies of water such as lakes, river and forest, we recommend bringing your own repellent spray as well as avoid leaving garbage outside the units.
There is no public transportation to or from Yamnuska Suites. A Vehicle is necessary to access the property.
Please note that cancellations due to weather, illness, injury, delayed services like flight cancellations, etc are not covered under our refund policy.
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance or ensuring your credit card covers travel cancellation insurance.
Many trip cancellation insurance policies reimburse you for prepaid non-refundable travel expenses if you must cancel for a covered reason (illness, injury, delayed services, weather) — but only if you purchase the policy before you travel and you cancel for a reason stated in the insurer’s terms. Perfect location for our needs. Close to Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise. Even the 2hr drive to the Columbia Ice Fields was a fantastic drive. Place was clean & well maintained. If you are a light sleeper like myself, I would suggest bringing ear plugs as the room wasn’t the most sound proof with noise from above & some hwy noise.Good value for the location & was happy with the stay.

the entrance to the property is from the back where dumpsters are located. not a very pretty sight ! The studio itself is very clean and comfortable .
