Enjoy the outdoor shower and an oversized outdoor cable wheel table with cool breezes under the carport. The Cottage will have everything you need to enjoy your time here in The Manatee Pocket
BRING YOUR BOAT! The driveway is about 60' long and The Cottage is minutes away from Sandsprit Park to launch! There are two homes on the property; the parking for The Cottage is in front the carport. There is second home located behind the guest cottage and uses the driveway to access the home (by foot). There is one security camera on the property pointing away from the home and on the driveway.
Maximum 4 guests including Adults, Children and Infants. Please make sure the number of guests in your booking reflects the total occupancy for your stay.
The Cottage has a warm coastal original Florida home feel to it. Enjoy the sound of live music from your covered patio or take a walk to Pirate's Cove, The Two Georges, King Neptune's, Shrimper's and more!
