It is an easy drive; ~less than 10 minutes!~ to both the heart of downtown Stuart & over the causeway to the sandy beaches of Hutchinson Island! This great location is not to be missed...While staying at the Stuart Splash, you will truly be just minutes from anywhere in Stuart and very accessible to the entire Treasure Coast! The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! This private outdoor heated pool is one of the nicest around. We hope you will enjoy the sounds of the water cascading from the custom built waterfall into the depths of the pool below, as well as the ambiance of the unique mosaic designs which adorn the bottom of the pool and the nighttime backyard lighting. We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! You can have your choice of relaxing in one of several poolside chairs or loungers, finding yourself a seat at the outdoor table or taking part in one of the many outdoor games we have onsite. There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort. We think it’s safe to say; there is something for everyone here at the ‘Stuart Splash’ house pool! Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house). The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have! We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. Every rental reservation includes household necessities such as: -Coffee/Tea Drink Bar: Complementary starter pack of Coffee, Tea, & beverage condiments (coffee filters, cream & sugar). -Bathroom Toiletries: Complementary starter pack of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, and toilet paper; plus a hair dryer in each bathroom for use during your stay. -Kitchen Items: Complementary roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent. -Laundry Items: Complementary use of laundry soap and dryer sheets; plus an iron & ironing board for use during your stay. -Propane tank: for use w/ BBQ Grill -Use of Bath & Pool towels: (sufficient for up to 8 guests) -Use of Beach/Pool Gear: An assortment of beach chairs, coolers, pool/outdoor toys and lifejackets to use during your stay. -Use of Indoor and Outdoor Games: An assortment of both indoor and outdoor games to use during your stay. -Use of 2 person sit-on-top KAYAK; paddles, life jackets, & tie downs to use during your stay. Weekly landscaping and pool maintenance take place at the house year round which require personal access to the yard for approximately :30-60 minutes at a time. If you have scheduled activities in the yard which will interfere with this please advise us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate. *Please note that the pool is uncovered and unfenced. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated. The Pool is cleaned weekly (every Monday & Friday) however in-between cleanings; it is the guests responsibility to skim out any debris (daily) in the pool with the provided pool net. Overview of House Rules: - Max overnight guests = 8 (Max Daily occupancy 12) - No Smoking/Drugs anywhere on property (this includes vaping and marijuana use) - No Parties/Events (quiet hours from 9pm-7am must be observed in respect of our neighbors) - No Overnight Street Parking (the driveway should provide ample parking space & use of the garage is negotiable with prior request) - Minimum age renter is 21 years old - All children under the age of 18 shall have adult supervision at all times while using the pool - Pets must be pre approved & may require additional Pet & Cleaning Fees & a signed Pet Agreement form
