PETS: Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, not to exceed 2 dogs (cats are not allowed). A $200 pet fee will be applied to the price. SECURITY CAMERA/RECORDING DEVICE: Front smart doorbell & front camera monitoring the driveway with video/audio capability. Minut noise monitor inside. The devices will be on during your stay - we will not be actively monitoring the devices but receive alerts. They are for noise/occupancy monitoring, and security during vacancy.
