Bella Vista is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for comfortable family and group stays, featuring **3 bedrooms, 2 indoor bathrooms, 7 beds, a pull-out sofa, a spacious living area, and TVs in the living room and primary bedroom.**

The **fully equipped kitchen** has everything you need for mornings at home or family dinners after a day on the beach, including a **Keurig coffee maker, brand-new electric range and oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, cookware, dishes, glassware, and everyday kitchen essentials.**

A **full-size washer and dryer** are also available—especially convenient for families and longer stays.

**House linens and bath towels are provided**, including bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Guests should bring their own beach towels, as beach towels are not provided.

Downstairs, you'll find an **outdoor shower** that's perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach, along with an **outdoor sink and fish-cleaning area**.
