Situated near Frayssinet-le-Gélat, an hour south of Bergerac and just a few minutes from the river Lot, La Libellule and Le Papillon gites at Les Leroux, feature a 10 metre seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and lovely garden views. The pool is for guests of both gites to use.
The property at Les Leroux is a beautifully restored farmhouse and barn, set in an unspoilt rural location amidst rolling fields and woodland. The barn has been converted into 2 gites, each having 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, an oven and stovetop are also offered, as well as a kettle. Individual patios, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture, overlook the 10x5m swimming pool and sun terrace. Utility room with washing and ironing facilities. The village of Frayssinet-le-Gelat is 2 km away, with restaurant, and artisan baker, plus a picturesque lake. Ideally situated for visiting historic towns - Sarlat, Rocamadour, Domme, and Cahors. Conveniently located for prehistoric caves, vineyards, castles, local markets and the Lot and Dordogne river valleys. The nearest airport is Bergerac Airport, 46 miles from Les Leroux.
