The property itself was wonderful, and the host was absolutely amazing. The host deserves five stars—he was extremely responsive and answered my texts every day throughout our stay. I would definitely rent from him again.That said, there were a few issues with the property. The furniture was very outdated and the couch stinks and the beds were uncomfortable to sleep in. There also were not enough towels provided, so I had to purchase additional ones myself.When we first arrived, the home had a noticeable cigarette smell, which led me to buy Febreze plug-ins to make it more comfortable. We also found numerous beer bottles in both the backyard and the basement, along with cigarette-filled bottles that had not been cleaned up.Overall, the host was fantastic and made every effort to be helpful, but the property itself could benefit from some updates and better attention to cleanliness.

Was in town visiting family and decided to go this route rather than stay at a hotel. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in pictures.The whole check in and check out was seamless which made the whole experience stress free. Fabian is an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome communication with the hosts. Very responsive. The home was clean & ready to go when we arrived. Good caring places to eat nearby & supermarkets to shop at for when you are eating at the house. The neighborhood is very peaceful.

The home was very clean and convenient to where we needed to be. I didn't find the house well appointed with basic dishes or supplies.
