We had the most amazing stay in KA211! The condo is beautiful and in a great location. The views from the lanai are gorgeous. This unit had all things you would need. All we needed were groceries! The property was beautiful and maintained every day. Our stay was 10 days but we wish it could have been longer. Also included was the Xplorie package which gave you the option of 1 adventure each day. Some were buy1 get 1 free and others were discount offers. We used for of them. The vendor partners are some of the best. Overall all, our experience with Maui Paradise Properties was excellent. Highly recommended. Mahalo!

The condo is in a beautiful location, with wonderful ocean views. The condo is dated but decorated nicely. The appliances provided work great.The issues were many.1. We arrived late in the evening. We tried to use the code we were sent. It was four letters, not numbers. The condo key pad only had numbers, no letters. I made three phone calls. The first call was not helpful. The second went unanswered. The third was to the after hours agent and he was very helpful. He gave us the correct code and waited until we got in the condo to end the call.2. The condo was advertised as having an air conditioner in the living room, which it did. The bedroom was not air conditioned, and was hot. We opened the windows which helped cool it down a little. I suggest the owner consider putting a small air conditioner in the bedroom.3. The queen bed was very soft. Everyone has different preferences for bed softness, but this was over the top. I ended up sleeping on the couch because the bed gave me much back pain. We actually left for home two days earlier than we paid for, because the bed was so uncomfortable.4. Cleanliness was an issue. The corners of the rooms had a lot of dirt that the cleaners missed. The provided fans were filthy. We had to clean them before using.I think with some changes, this could be a great rental. Even though the location is great and generally the condo was adequate, the negatives overshadowed the positives.
